384-Well Nucleic Acid Extraction Solution

biocomma® 384-Well Nucleic Acid Extraction Plate features an optimized silica membrane that specifically binds nucleic acids, enabling simple, rapid, large-scale, and high-throughput extraction. Using either vacuum-assisted or centrifugation methods, each well can yield up to 500 ng of DNA, suitable for plasmid or genomic DNA extraction.
DNA purified with this plate is compatible with applications such as restriction enzyme digestion, transformation, PCR, sequencing, and library construction.
